A: | SmileTemplates provides you ready to use Brochure templates, Newsletters templates, Business Card templates, Flyers templates, Postcards templates, Ads templates, Letterheads templates, Sale Posters templates, Words templates & Stationery set templates in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXPress, Adobe PageMaker, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word & Adobe InDesign file formats. You need the following software to utilize the same:
- To modify CorelDraw Templates, you require CorelDraw.
- To modify Adobe Illustrator Templates, you require Adobe Illustrator.
- To modify Adobe InDesign Templates, you require Adobe InDesign.
- To modify Adobe PageMaker Templates, you require Adobe PageMaker.
- To modify QuarkXPress Templates, you require QuarkXPress.
- To modify Microsoft Publisher Templates, you require Microsoft Publisher.
- To modify Microsoft Word Templates, you require Microsoft Word.
Note: Some software do support opening source files of other software, though certain effects might not work & you might not be able to modify it to the best. |

Q: | When I view my template, some of the graphics look fuzzy. What's wrong? |
A: | SmileTemplates templates may include JPG, TIF, PNG or EPS files. Some software applications use low-resolution previews to display graphics on the screen. But, provided your graphic files are properly linked, your layout will print high resolution. |

Q: | Is my computer and software compatible with your PowerPoint Templates? |
A: | Our Products are compatible with Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP Mac. Operating systems and PowerPoint Versions: 97, 2000, 2002, 2003 and up. Backgrounds may be used with all PowerPoint versions. The templates are also compatible with OpenOffice software. |

Q: | Are your PowerPoint templates compatible with my PowerPoint version? |
A: | Our products work with PowerPoint 97, PowerPoint 2000, and PowerPoint 2002 (or XP). |

Q: | I like your template collection, but I have no basic knowledge about modification. Do you provide customization services for templates bought from you? If yes, how do you charge? |
A: | Yes. We do provide template customization services. Please get in touch with us at service@smiletemplates.com .We will need additional information from you to understand the modifications you want. The cost will not be much, as we are very sure that it will be much less than the price you would pay to a hired professional. |

Q: | Are the PowerPoint templates compatible with OpenOffice and Keynote software? |
A: | Our templates are complete compatible with OpenOffice software, the only backgrounds may be used in Keynote. |

Q: | Are your PowerPoint templates compartible with Google Presently Templates format? |
A: | Right now we're not tested our templates with Google Presently software yet. But we will do that after getting the first stable working version of Presently. Anyway we're going to create a separated category with Presently templates for this product in the near future. |

Q: | What are the Terms of Use under our License? |
A: | Your download includes a Single User License. For Special Rates on Multi-user licensing (such as educational or corporate use). You cannot resell purchased templates in any form.
